You're getting the B-52's "Juliet of the Spirits" from their last (final?) album, Funplex, which is now like 14 years old. I'm guessing it's their final album, as recorded music rarely truly makes a profit and the band has just completed their final tour.
"Juliet" it the only song on the disk that doesn't include Fred Schneider on vocals. Phew.
I like Fred, but in doses. And Cindy Wilson and Kate Pierson have always done nice vocals when it is just the two of them. That this song was a single is beyond me. It had the sound of a hit.
Hit-ish.
Save for a few songs in the last 80s, the B-52's didn't really have radio hits per se. It comes down to "Love Shack" and "Roam", when you're talking chart / pop hits.
"Juliet of the Spirits" should have been another one.

That video sent me down a Fellini rabbit hole.
I imagine "Rock Lobster" counts as a hit, too.
