My Music Monday

The theme is music sung in a foreign tongue.

I don't think selecting ABBA is technically cheating - I mean, they ARE singing in a different language: English.

And by all accounts, Frieda and Anni never learned the language and always performed phonetically.

I suppose when eventually you'll be worth $300MM each, you can do whatever you fucking want - or not do, in this case.

I was more amused picking this song - Swedes singing a French phrase in English.




Of course one can never do ABBA without thinking of Muriel's Wedding. And Toni and Rachel do a hilarious bit that captures every ABBA video ever.
