Again

Yes, I'm using this image once again.

Unfortunately it seems necessary.

It's hard to miss some news, even though I have yet to visit a new site of any kind, even for this.

I did see hear they 'captured the suspect', which I deciphered as that he was white.

And since there hasn't been a female who has done a school shooting since the Boomtown Rats recorded "I Don't Like Mondays", I'm assuming it was guy.

It just seems all too predictable.

Granted the NRA can't be blamed for all of it. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have done little (read: almost nothing) to prevent this or even provide any kind of speed bump. The Dems pretend to care, which is a little more than the GOP's not giving a fuck at all. No one moves off the dime.

Not that I want any kid to die, but as it happens all too often, just once it has to be a senior politician's kid or grandkid. Sorry - it just has to be if there is going to be any movement at all. A freshmen representative's kid isn't gonna cut it.

When I heard this happen, I immediately thought of comedian Anthony Jeselnik's take on this. Say what you will about him, but in this clip, he is spot on.

It's not even comedy. It's political commentary.

First Down

It seems weird to have little (read: nothing) to say.

Politics?  Meh.

Super Bowl?  Double Meh.

Post Super Bowl Shooting?  Fuck.

I mean, it was a painful game to watch for sure. Teams that good shouldn't have so many turnovers. For your sports adverse folks, turnovers in football are not pastry desserts.

Usher looked good, but either the sound was totally fucked up, or......maybe he just really can't sing. To be fair, it's tough to screw up his song "Yeah".  I think, like the title, the tune has one word.  One!

BLOTUS had the balls to say it would be"disloyal" for Taylor Swift to endorsed Pappy Joe.

WTF.  He's claiming he passed (read: signed....did nothing to craft) a bill for musical artists and she owes all her fortunes because of him.

Yeahhhhhhhh.

Of course, he's not so silently blowing the whistle to his comrades to turn on her. I mentioned weeks ago (or less), that the GOP is truly afraid of this woman. It's bad enough one person could topple a political party, but a GIRL???????

The timing isn't right yet, but yeah, she's gonna have to come out not for Biden but against BLOTUS. It will be a timing issue, I believe.

I also need BLOTUS to die.

I've said before it can't be anything but natural causes so he's not made a martyr. We are past that now. It no longer matters - conspiracies will take over no matter what, but if it keeps him from office again, faux-martyrdom is a price I'm willing to accept.

As for the shooting - it's all very new, but since they "caught the guys" and didn't "kill the guys", I'm guessing they're white.

200 officers on site and multiple folks shot in broad daylight. Many (most? all?) were kids. Hell, these guys don't even have to seek out schools anymore. The kids are coming to them to get shot.

But here's the sad sad fact. Had Patrick Mahomes or Travis Kelce been shot or killed, Kansas City - MO and KS - would be pushing for stricter gun laws.  .......but since it's just kids.......they'll let it slide.

America.

Fuck You

Get used to the image.

I'm posting it anytime there's a school shooting.

Of course, if someone comes up with a 'Fuck Your Kids'  - Congress, I'm willing the change it up.

Congress is equally culpable and negligent regarding this matter.

Guess what?  They don't care.  They don't even really mean 'thoughts and prayers'.

Fuck your kids.  Indeed.

Jezebel

I think we can all agree, no one is calling me an 'optimist'.........ever .

Yet, every now and then I continue to suprise myself, but not in a good way.

You've seen it here over the Shrub and BLOTUS administrations. There are times I think that the GOP and their ilk can't get / be any worse than they have been.

.....and I am continually proven wrong. I'm not sure if that makes me an optimist or just a moron.

Case in point with the new Speaker.

Let's start off admitting I was wrong that they'd give the job to Jordan. They still elected a election denying, January 6th affirming, anti LGBT and anti abortion guy. Put a singlet on him and let him condone rape and you basically have Jordan.  Or any GOPer these days.

Did the GOP even want this guy?  When you're on your fourth candidate, to save any kind of face, you have to elect someone.  ......so they did. Right or wrong.

This above headline isn't even from the Onion. That satirical site isn't clever enough to come up with shit like this. Honestly.

I dare any journalist to ask the new Douche du Jour to provide the data behind school shootings and abortion. Tie this together for me with facts. Show me anything in which to back up your proselytizing. But this isn't about facts. It never has been. It's about riling folks. It's all they got - like carnies on the midway.

Let's forget the fact that the Maine mass shootings murder of yesterday were at a bowling alley, so........did abortion do that too?  I haven't heard a beep from that c-u-n-t  Susan Collins about the killings in her home state. She's gotta be torn on what to say and do. Either way she'll flip flop.

In my head, these turds are actually disgusted that flags are at half-mast for shootings like this. I thinking they're thinking it shows us as being 'weak'.  But much like this new guy, I have nothing to back up that statement.

I'm not even addressing the procreation piece in that headline.

I will say, if you women just did your part, there'd be fewer school shootings.  This is kind of all on your watch.

For shame!

Reverse Psychology

Honestly, the Democrats are just stupid as fuck. And I should know - I'm one of them.

Gun control has not worked. They can't even get it up for a vote, let alone pass diddly squat. Fuck, they're not even smart enough to have a good debate where they're not shut down.

Naturally, you're debating with someone who is even a bigger idiot, so that's never gonna work in the first place.

Logic and statistics mean nothing. NOTHING.

So stop.

I'm going to give them the key - right here, right now.

Tell the GOP motherfuckers it is required for every household to have an AR-15 or larger weapon. Call for a mandate on those weapons. Required to have. Must have. No exceptions.

The GOP will ban weapons that very day, just so the Dems don't get their way.

Plain and simple.

If a Democrat said the sky was blue, there'd be legislation stating it is illegal to say "blue" when describing the sky.

It's very simple:  make every day Opposite Day.

Reverse psychology.

They're gonna do whatever the Dems don't want to, so change the narrative. Say you DO want to do something even though we don't, and the GOP will try to fuck us over doing the exact other thing.  Honestly, it will like a decade before anyone catches on.

You're welcome!

How Much More?

I don't really have anything.  And if I write about the shootings at Michigan State, I'm kind of making myself out to be a big fat liar, as I said I was going to write about shootings in the U.S.

I mean, I am two of those things, so may as well just round it out.

Oddly (not really) there were two other events happened close in timing.

1. 710 had 'active shooter' training yesterday. In person.

Seriously, I said, "show the 'Run, Hide, Fight' video everyone else does for safety training".  He said, they did. I said, "it's on YouTube", and replied - "thats how they played it." But the actually brought in two police officers to conduct this training. It doesn't seem like time well spent.

2. Where I work is affiliated with, and adjacent to, a university. Apparently Monday afternoon, as many people left work, there was an "active shooter" situation at said university. It's unclear if it was just a gun that was seen, or one that was used.  For this writing, I'm not sure it matters.

Hundreds of people, myself included, were leaving around that time. But not notification of anything going on. My work has a safety app that pushes messages. There were to be none.

Yesterday there was an email from our COO, stating, we should download the university's app to get messages.  WTF?  Out police force knew about - and nothing. Apparently keeping staff and patients safe is less of a priority than - I dunno - bad word of mouth?

I'd say, "I need another app like I need a hole in the head"........but you know............

BTW - the note on the rock in the image?  The question is rhetorical.

Shot Down

Honestly, this might be the last post I do on gun violence / mass shootings in the U.S.

I mean, what's the point?

Seriously - look at the headline above. We are 24 days into the year.  I mean, I know I'm not influencer in law or on-line, and clearly no one is doing one fucking thing about ANY of this.

I'm just wasting time and keystrokes here. You're wasting time reading this nonsense. And in 2023, we're doing both while people bleed out from multiple gunshot wounds. And Congress is more worried about pride and trans flags flying over embassies. They're pro-life, but only if you're a 6 week old fetus wanna be. Other than that, fuck you.

Fuck Them.  Both parties.

Not for nothing, but the Doomsday Clock was just moved to 90 seconds to midnight.

.....or the closest we've come to the apocalypse since it was created in 1949.

Mind you, this has more to do with making the Earth uninhabitable, or you know, nuclear annihilation, but let's face it - the chance of any of us dying at the hands of gunman (yes 'man' !!) are more realistic than Putin or Jun Un ending life for everyone because they have their thongs in a bunch.

Doom is Doom - one way or the other. It's hard inhabit the Earth with a bullet through your skull.

So yes, maybe I will post again on gun violence, but it's gonna have to be a doozy. They keep upping the game - and the numbers - so, it's really gonna have to get my attention.

.....and that is just fucking sad.   And frightening.

Shoot 'em Up

I would say I have 'no words' but I have plenty of them.

The problem is: I've said them all before. Multiple times.

Multiple scenarios. Multiple minority or marginalized groups. Zero attempts at solutions.

Zero.

It is easy to focus on the gay angle here. It's a hate crime. I get it. It is. But honestly, aren't they all?. Jews. Arabs, Gays. Blacks. Asians.Women.

You might not get the 'hate' label when you kill first graders, but you're not really winning any points there either.

In reality, school shootings are far more common than gay clubs. This isn't the way I want gay men to be more involved in gun control, but let's take a tragedy as a catalyst to some kind of solution.

Sorry - I laughed internally when I wrote that.

Not about the gays, but about the solution. One with a republican House. I mean, it's not like the Democrats did a fucking thing when they had the White House, the House AND the Senate, or even had a more even balance of SCOTUS.

No. There is no viable solution, because one will never get passed. I'm not even sure when will ever get proposed. The GOP won't - and the DNC can't. They cannot risk losing a single vote for anything, so they won't ruffle feathers and we let them not ruffle.

I somewhat get Dan Savages and others have tweet (are people still doing that?) that are anti-cop when it comes mass shootings and how gays brought down the shooter. And yes, there were many failings by law enforcement in many situations. But that's a very limited view to get a bunch of 'thumbs up' emojis.

I also think it's different being in a school, club, house, theater, synagogue when it happens versus being outside and not knowing exactly what's going on inside. Personally, I'm not BLOTUS, I wouldn't just run into the school like he said he would - assuming he could actually run. Doubtful anyone reading this would either.

And don't say, "but it's their job". Of course there is a possibility of death, but it's certainly not in the job description.

But if you were in any of those places, it's a run, hide fight situation. And that is exactly what happened. And I do think I could be part of any one of those, because let's face it, I'm fighting for my life. That it benefits others is almost a coincidence.

Yes, the GOP (DeSantis) has a role in this with their truly continual denouncement of gays and cultivating hate and dismissiveness, but no one is going to hold him to it. He's going to be the 2024 presumptive GOP nominee - so, we need to be prepared for that.

I believe: STRAIGHT WHITE MEN RULE! is his campaign slogan.

We are fucked.

This would all be so exhausting if it weren't all so predictable.

Right or Wrong

I'm 91% sure I've used this before - but it still holds true.

I'm 100% sure I'll use it again.

Of course, I feel bad for Highland Park folks and their dead. But the guy is white and Republican. Kyle Rittenhouse killed folks - he's white and a BLOTUS supporter and he's walking free.

I mean, they took him alive, so you know he was white.

Allegedly, I hear (since I don't really read the news anymore - in detail), the TERRORIST was dressed as a woman to avoid detection. So you just know there is going to be a bunch of transphobia and drag queen comments coming.

Fuck them all.  Fuck every single Republican fuck face who votes party line for fear of being Liz Cheney.

Right and Wrong no longer apply. Those words mean nothing anymore. Absolutely nothing. Of course, that is all they were: words. The depths of depravity that politicians and lobbyists (and voters) will go to is just inhumane.

I don't think there is a better word for it.

Life'll Kill Ya

While I had no blog post planned for today, even I thought, "Blob, you should do something that isn't about mass shootings".

.....but fate had other plans.

I'm sure Ted Fucking Cruz is touting some: "......if the hospital only had one door, this wouldn't have happened...." bullshit.

Part of me hopes these keep up right until the mid-terms.

I mean, they are going to keep happening. History has taught us this. So let's just keep 'em coming in these gun loving states of Texas and Oklahoma.  Let them keep killing their own.

Maybe - just maybe - someone........anyone.......will get the message.  And maybe right around election time.

There I go again. That fucking potential, but never gettable, silver lining.  "Maybe this time".

Yes, insanity. Doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.

I'm a moron.

Kill

I'm still on a gun rant.  There is no 5-day waiting period for that. But apparently, no one else seems to adhere to that phony bullshit.

Just days after the mass school execution, our Sunday paper opted to take money to run this four page ad - three times.............in a row. Not three days in a row.  Ad after ad........for 12 full pages......right before the Mini-Page and comics.

I shit you not.

I do love the "Father's Day" angle.  Hey Kids - get your "dad" a gun.

Maybe pops would be less thrilled when he finds Jr. took the gun to school and killed a bunch of kids. But YAY for shooting and killing things!

Empty Chairs

I'm still a little unnerved by Uvalde. I hope many are.

First off, I get the police weren't as good as they could have been. And you can train for anything, but theory and reality are not the same.

And it is my estimation that it is no one's job to sacrifice themselves to someone who can rattle off 150 rounds every 10 seconds. Rushing in would have been a suicide mission.

Yes, BLOTUS would have run in. He said as much after Parkland - but you know, he didn't tell the truth a lot of the time. Much like Greg Abbott.

Granted, that will now be the Abbott story. Not the guns. Not the access to guns. Not the lack of background or mental health checks. Not the - you can buy 10,000 rounds of ammo with nary a peep - but you go into a national database if you buy a single pack of pseudophed.

Nope - the pins are all in place to squarely place the blame on the police department. For the entire thing.

Driving around this last weekend, as we are apt to do every weekend, we came across church after church, synagogue after synagogue with 19 student chairs, and 2 adult chairs out on each of their respective lawns or parking lots.

I stopped only twice of the 7-8 we ended up seeing, to take these images.

I am assuming through their own social media streams, many of these houses of worship got together to do this. It would have been too coincidental otherwise.

But this got me thinking too.  FFS, the GOP and "the church" are forever in a perpetual 69. Religion has such a sway in whatever the GOP wants to do, or that religion wants the GOP to do, that why the fuck are they not pushing some gun control?  ANY gun control.

But then I realized that it is really the GOP and the Evangelicals. They are "the church" of which we speak. Yes, they support Catholics when they want to deny Pappy Joe communion, but that's about where it ends. Jews?  Only if they want to support Israeli forces - but actual Jew stuff?  Noooooooooo.

And the Evangelicals already open carry in their churches, so there is no one taking up this cause. The ecumenical and unitarian factions - the liberal wing of religion, if you will - are the ones putting up these displays (and some reform Jews), but they hold no chance of change with the GOP.........or the Democrats for that matter.

BTW - FUCK Chuck Schumer.  He has stated there are ZERO plans to put forth legislation for any sort of gun control.  "Your vote for change matters this November" - or some such bullshit.

Dude - you're already losing the mid-terms in the House. The writing is on the wall. DO SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE you fucking piece of shit!

As much as I hate McConnell, he at least had his people in check. Schumer is a 'leader' in name only. It says 'majority' (for now), but he has no majority..........he barely has the minority.

You Could Make a Killing

I'm still bent out of shape about the shootings mass executions in Texas.

I'd fucking like everyone to be, but 90% of people have gone on with their lives and a shrug of the shoulders. They accepted defeat as soon as the bodies were cold. Probably before.

It's sad. Not shocking.

There is absolutely nothing Congress - either side / either party - will do. NOTHING.

The Second Amendment - whatever interpretation one might have - is about the right to 'arms'.  However, it's not about the right to ammunition. Why isn't someone legislating the fuck out of that?  Or at least trying?

Like fucking clockwork, the chatter of: "arm the teachers".

Are you FUCKING KDDING ME?

It's not about how an almost poverty level job (once you factor in the hours of before and after class time they have to put in)  has to lay down their life to protect the kids.  Parents are already expecting the world out of these teachers with over-filled classrooms and basically hoping to get through the day without interruptions of all kinds - let alone a hail of gunfire.

Thanks to Ohio's governor, you don't even need training or permit to carry a weapon. This douche wants to win re-election in the worst way.  And he'll succeed - on both fronts.

So parents, communities and politicians who think teachers should be packing, riddle me this:
  • If I don't need to be trained in firearms, should Mrs. Smith who has 2nd period math?  I mean, they're watching over your 'darlings'. ''
  • Who is paying for these weapons and ammo?  I mean, schools and the state already don't even basic supplies for teachers - they have to shell out for them on their own.
  • Will teachers get full immunity when they accidentally put a bullet through Evan's head when they tried to shoot the guy with the gun?
  • Best yet:  will you pay them the salary of a teacher, security guard and armed marksman?  Oh - and clean-up crew?

It would not surprise me that these parents do indeed expect taking a bullet for their kid to be part of the job requirements for accepting a position at the school district.

You know what's sadder?  Each and every time and event like this happens, there is a sliver of me that thinks:  THIS will be the time of action.

It's silly and demoralizing, because, as you know, I'm not an optimistic person, but in this case, one almost has to be.....even if just a sliver.  But each time I'm not just proven wrong, it's with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire hitting me upside the head and the absolute cruelty this country condones and encourages.

Yes. Encourages.  By having no repercussions for any of this behaviour, these tactics, these killings, there is no downside for anyone but a few dozen parents. You certainly don't hear the funeral homes or casket makers advocating for gun safety - hell, the one funeral home in Uvalde is going to make a killing.  Pun fully intended

That said, I love Steve Kerr.  I have since he played for the Cleveland Cavaliers. But he is a winning coach - and when you're winning you can say most anything. While you might have not have backing of your front office, if you're winning, they won't fire you.

Kerr has spoken passionately about any number of social issues including the killing of George Floyd and now Uvalde.

Hell is for Children

Almost 10 years after Sandy Hook, and nothing has changed.  Not a g-ddamn fucking thing.

Well, not true. As of yesterday, you can add 14 more elementary school children to the death statistics.

Truth be told, I got home from work and saw the headline and that's it.  I've read nothing. Nor do I plan to. It is far too sad in so many regards.

Say what you want, and while every life counts in this regard, it seems a lot lot worse when they are elementary school-aged kids. We are number to the high school shootings, which the shooters are usually high schoolers themselves.

But this is Texas. A gun state. Ironically, a severe pro-life state - unless your trans, then they're not. But gun deaths of children there don't mean prof-life. It means more pro-gun.  Arm everyone and this won't happen.

Reality: arm everyone and it happens more often.

The NRA is having their convention in Houston next week. Their last in-person convention guns were not allowed in the venue.  Irony.

In more reality news, around the same time as the newest shooting, Ohio gets this:

And with this fucking shit-eating grin too.

Irony #2:  Firearms are prohibited at the Ohio Statehouse.

While not at retirement age, we are nearing it. We've been wondering what to do in our aging year - and where. But the where had been beach? city?   Now the discussion has turned to: which country?

It's not longer a "joke". You cannot emigrate to Canada. It's not that easy. But I'd gladly live out my days in Paris.  But with this gun shit, women's rights, the soon to be challenged same-sex marriage and the potential return of BLOTUS (which = the last dying gasp of the U.S), the joke is no longer funny.

Yes, we'd miss some family, and friends, but at least I'd have peace of mind.

I think.

the Rifle's Spiral

While I know it's Star Wars Day, and I know you know it's Star Wars Day, I'll take a year off from that post.

It's also the 51st anniversary of the Kent State shootings.

....and no, I refuse to call this post, "Ohio". I can tolerate the song, but it's never been high on a must-play list.

KSU actually had big plans for the 50th, and finally really really recognizing the history of it all.

For those in the dark, the site of the shootings had been made into a parking lot....literally covering up their history. Then awkwardly placed markers were put up in said lot of the four where they died. Allegedly, it's all been redone, but I haven't been down there for years.

Of course, Kent State was also the site of another tragedy.  I took my first round of SATs there. Luckily, I did far far better on my ACTs.

Yes, I grew up not far from Kent State. In very distant ways, I have some ties to some of those who were shot - not died. One who was paralyzed was a teacher in my high school. We crossed paths my freshmen year only and then he left. Another taught at my sister's school.

That same sister ended up doing her last two years of college at Kent State, and it was the place to go to do underaged drinking....................I've heard.

Mind you, then the drinking age was 18. So one might have been younger than that to get drunk there.   ......I've heard.

Since moving back to NE Ohio a quarter of a century (!!!!) ago, I can count on four fingers how many times I've been back there.

It's easy to think about how wrong the National Guard was back then........along with then governor, Jim Rhodes and Richard Nixon.

But there was an interesting article in the Washington Post a few weeks back on the young girl in the posted pic - the iconic, Pulitzer Prize winning pic.  She was not a college student, but a 14 year old runaway who happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. And the awful things she had to endure due to that picture from pro-military, pro-war, pro-Nixon folks.

The student photographer didn't get treated as bad, but it was no day at the beach for him as well.

I was just surprised at my reaction of disgust I had by reading about people who opposed war opposition.

It is an interesting read - and truly an event to change most everyone's life who experienced it first hand.

Welcome 2 America

"Recent"

It's all relative, right?

I'm guessing survivors, or folks whose family members have been mowed down by semi-automatic anythings a decade ago, would say that was "recent". I'm sure it feels that way.

Both the New York Times and one of my former Sites of the Month (from years ago now), Days Since the Last Mass Shooting, use similar methodology: one instance where at least four people are killed.

I don't know how they get that is 'mass' as I'm sure if it were a trio killed, it seems like a mass. Neither here nor there, that's what it is. Now, that also means who have 'died' not just been shot. You know - let's go with that Las Vegas shooting at an outdoor concert.  Dozens shot. Many dead, but many more shot.

So, to me, a 'mass shooting' doesn't even have to end in death. I'm almost certain that was the intended outcome and it doesn't change a mass 'shooting'.  But then call it what it is:  'mass killing'.

So far - according to DSTLMS, 2021 has had seven mass shootings, with 42 deaths.  Longest time between mass shootings was 41 days.

In 2019 there were 28 mass shootings, 159 dead and 71 days was the longest period of time between shootings.

Guess how many in 2020.  Anyone?

ZERO.

Say what you will about Covid, those pussies with guns were more afraid of a virus than they were ashamed of their tiny penis that inflamed with their probable fake rage and went out and killed no one.   ........well, in groups of four or more.

Oh sure, Covid killed about 500,000 in the U.S. in 2020 but never used an AR-15 to do it.  It just weaponized an imbecile president and his team to do that. No waiting period. No license.

Honestly, with distance learning, there were zero school shootings.

And while I have absolutely nothing to back this up, these mass shootings that make the news have a few things in common - yes, all the gunmen were white folks. And men. But let's take that a step further amd say it out loud:  NO WOMEN.

We who would like to see gun control (read: not elimination) focus on ease of getting weapons (yep), background checks (yep) and mental health issues (partial yep).  We're not focusing on: this is a guy thing.

Women have as many mental health issues as men (presumably) and could have the same access to gun as any guy with an extra dangling Y chromosome............so...........why not women?

Perhaps researchers and law makers need to narrow their focus when looking at this probable aspect of their definite problem.

It seems so obvious, except that white males aren't about to pin the blame on white males. Simple as that.

White Mansion

I'm not even surprised or shocked by another mass shooting. Let alone right after one less than two weeks ago.

Clearly, I'm not shocked or awed that the shooter - or shooters - were white.

Yeah yeah, you might get a suicide bomber in the middle east, but it's rare  - if ever - that you get a person of colour shooting multiple people, or dozens.

They are always white. And they're always taken alive, usually without incident.

Naturally, 'mental health' has been brought up. And his possibility of being Muslim. And he might be, but you know, he's White-Muslim. So, the authorities are going to have a harder time selling that without some olive in his skin.

Should he be Muslim, of course they'll vilify him - and he should be, but for the murder, not his background. If he were christian (small 'c'), he'd just have had a 'really bad day'.

And that folks, continues your day's lesson on 'white privilege' and 'systemic racism'.

Talk is Cheap

I'd say, "what can I say?", but I have a feeling, it will be something.

First off - I finally felt the need to add 'Mass Shooting' for my labels. It's a necessary evil, as this won't be going away anytime soon.

Secondly - the title image seemingly was pulled off the El Paso's Twitter account. I have looked but cannot confirm 100% of this. It's tough to confirm as Twitter took down his page as soon as they could.  That said, the image isn't his - but one from 2016 that he allegedly reposted on his site.

Thirdly - while I won't say his name that is spelled out, BLOTUS and his crew have their hands in both El Paso and probably Dayton too.

I was so fucking depressed by the two shootings this last weekend - 13 hours apart. And truth be told, I've been starting and stopping this post about a dozen times, not being able to commit to thinking about it.  ....and I just stopped again.

All of this is so same old-same old, yet it still feels different. Maybe it's the back to back thing. But really what it is, is the response thing.  I am literally - yes, literally - sickened.

Ugh, this fucking cunt!

At every single rally, her "boss" points his finger, name calls and screams. He does it with his keyboard too - using his tiny hands.  She has the nerve, the audacity, to tell people against violent assault weapon deaths to unify?

You twat, you and your ilk have done everything in your power to do just the opposite. With all these mass shootings, why can't you be in the middle of one of them?

Ugh, this feckless cunt.

Your father is their fucking ring leader. How do you not know that?  You're a faux Jew, and he's not too fond of the real ones. And maybe delve a little into history and Gooooogle "white supremacy jew" and see what comes up.  Twat!

Then there is BLOTUS himself. Let's forget he doesn't know the difference between Dayton and Toledo - at least they're both in the same state.  But his total and utter bullshit on his "Hate has no place in America. Hatred warps the mind, ravages the heart and devours the soul." crap.

This is a man who built his campaign and presidency on hate and divisiveness is trying to tell people not to hate.  Actions speak louder than words was my first thought. My second was:  what could this man possibly do, action wise, to show me anything different.  I could not come up with one thing.

He did the requisite: video games, internet violence and the classic, mental illness.

Of course, they're not mentally ill when they're brown or black - but we've covered that before at other shooting posts.  He also doesn't mention his rollback of laws, now allowing mentally ill folks to have access to weapons.  Convenient.

The absolute pièce de résistance is BLOTUS' willingness to support gun legislation.................if it were tied to immigration reform.

Bull-fucking-shit.

Flailing Dem candidate, Tim Ryan (I'm from Ohio, as is he, and I still barely know who the fuck he is), hits it on the head when he says "it's a joke".

I think we all know that he'd take the immigration concession and give nothing in ways of anything gun related.

....and don't even get me started on Moscow Mitch (g-d, I hope that name sticks for the next year and a quarter!) and his not allowing any gun reform to come up for a vote for the last year.

Blood on all their hands.

The shootings are disturbing enough, but the blatant hypocrisy is what makes my stomach turn.
