I do know from the group the War on Drugs, but not their 2017 song, "Pain".
Maybe it's the lyrics, or the music - or both, but I am loving the song. It flows, it moves and it just there without overstating anything or overstaying its welcome.

The Dream Academy meets David & David. Lovely. I'd heard something else they'd done and was quite fond of it... promising.
I like Kurt Vile, but I think the band has done just as well without him.
