Let's Go to Bed

Doggies. Plural.  Kitty. Singular.

Most of this week is about bed and sleeping.

Soph loves her stairs.

Shep no longer sleeps with us - his choice. So it was weird to see him crashed on our bed.

Peeking at me  from other side of the desk while I work.

Shep really is a happy looking guy.

More office time with Dad #2.

Apparently I'm intruding on his sleep.

710 laughs at me. I will turn on the electric blanket so Sophie can be warm.

No one goes out harder then Shep when it comes to sleeping. Even pressed against me.

Henry and friends.
It was the blue collared guy's first daycare day. He was pawing at me furiously. I loved him.

I know the desperation of the blue collar guy! Blue collar sex is also the best as well! Lol! Sophie comes into her own and Shep gives an understated Brilliant performance!

I regularly think about turning the electric blanket on during the day just for the cat or cats who happen to be on the bed, but I'm always nervous about their liking it so much that they start pounding their claws on it, despite it being through a bedsheet or so. When I'm in bed myself they do like to get under the duvet with me, often with a tussle between one or more of them to see who wins, but by then I've switched it off. Still, as seeing that you do it I might now give it a try, while keeping a watch on them just in case.

'Let sleeping dogs lie' is ever so true, especially in the literal sense.

In final pic love them all but that ginger one is a champion if only because of its handsome smiley face.

Btw - if keeping an electric blanket on really is safe for cats to sleep on it ought to be fairly less expensive than keeping a heater on in the bedroom just for them I should think. Worth exploring for that reason alone.

Marvelous. I love all the pics. Soph is adorable. I have a heating pad I used to turn on for my little Millie. Shep is such a dog. His look reminds me of my Hercules... such a dog. Thanks for sharing.
