Rapper's Delight

I am submitting this almost without comment.   Almost.

Remember on SNL when Will Ferrell and Ana Gasteyer were those too old-ish folks who tried to sing modern songs and failed miserably - but with intended comedy?

Yeah - this video is something like that, minus the intention.

One of the Sals (I have two friends with that name) showed this to me and well......

First off - this really needs to be seen to be believed. Had some just told me about it without viewing it, I'd have shrugged and said, 'whatever'.

Secondly - you really need to watch the entire thing. Don't just stop 30 seconds in because of the lack of talent and the absurdity of it all.  Stay for those very reasons.

...and Thirdly - 'nigga?   Really??

Enjoy.  I know you will.  Once you pick your jaws up off the floor.

"This video makes me want to pursue Christ", said no kid... ever.

I'd like to think this is satire, but I fear I'd be mistaken. This is wrong on so many levels it makes me cringe.

Yeah, it's a fake. Too over-the-top. But cringe-inducing tasteless either way.

I know it's a fake video but it's not far from the truth on some of the horrible videos I saw as a kid growing up in the Church of Christ.

And someone soooooo needs a tattoo that says "Jesus Christ is my nigga'!".

I'm absolutely in LOVE with this!!!! I just "converted" it and put it in my iTunes!

For "artist" I put MC Racist and Mary Sue.

Album "West Dubuque Stylin'"

The funny thing is-- this IS so Dubuque. They just have NO idea that they're inappropriate.
