It's a drizzly Saturday morning. Hard to get out of bed. Difficult to write anything.
But I have family priorities and that means getting my hairy butt out of so the dog doesn't pee or poop in the house.
I was a little worried as I lay under the covers thinking it's been 13 hours since Petey went #2. He refused his night time walk because it was raining. He peed and then went right into the garage and would not come out. So I chanced it and he went back to bed.
It wasn't raining when we left the house this morning but it was heavy drizzle by the time we returned, but by then, as the female voice in Austin Powers would say: "Evacuation Complete".
I mentioned he is particular about his bed set up and I tried to capture it on video this morning, but this damned iPhone 4 (no, not even the 4s!) was slow to cooperate, so you don't get all his attention to detail.
....and then, as you'll see, he realized he was being filmed.
So, not much to say today. But Torn will call it "Petey Porn" - and that's ok with me.

It's nice to see you so happy.
Tell Petey that it is sunny and 84 F up here in Canada
Petey has the look of a dog that wants to be covered by a blanket. I have known many dogs that want to be completely covered when they sleep. I bet he would appreciate a little throw blanket over him when he goes to sleep.
What a little cutie! And the rituals are fascinating. Ours does that too. I can never tell how the bed is different afterward but she is always on a mission to get whatever the issue, real or imagined, resolved before she settles.
I love Petey !!
Petey Porn! And mentally deficient commenters for the win!
Question: What's the window/bench seat face made from? Is that wicker?
It's funny that Anonymous' spam comment made it through on your blog. I saw that same comment in my spam queue earlier today. It made me chuckle. But I still deleted it.
Petey is so cute! You need to shower him with all the love and affection you can.
