Down by the Water

We ended up our holiday weekend up near Lake Erie. As you can see, it was a beautiful day. Seemingly clear over the lake, though very hazy downtown. It was in the 90s. Very warm for those of us who do not have central air.

We were up in Mentor, which is east of Cleveburgh. The water has been nice and untainted since we haven't had much rain - which means no sewer run-off into the lake - which means no bacteria warnings in the water.

Not to say there wasn't pollution........as you can see.......

Not to say the youth (I'm assuming) of Mentor have a problem with dyslexia when drawing their swastikas, but I think they are pretty clear in their hate.

It was still a nice day, albeit hot hot hot. And now I'm off to Philadelphia for a day of meetings and then taking the train to DC for a few days of work. It was only 97 there yesterday - so yayy!!!
