Superball

Ugh - yet another Super Bowl.

Can I even begin to tell you how little I care about this event? Actually, I can't. There are no words to describe my lack of interest.

I'm not sure Ben Roethlisberger has looked this good in a long time anyways. I don't mind that he plays for the Steelers, I don't even mind his exonerated rape charges. Yes, multiple.

I just can't get over how many fake teeth he probably has from his motorcycle accident a few years ago.

I'll probably watch the Puppy Bowl VII. I'm looking for Max to take the MVP. How can he not? He 'loves show tunes'.

...and how many more aging rock "stars" do we have to see piddle their way through a performance - if anything is plugged in to begin with. Yeah Pete Townsend, I'm talkin' to you!

I don't see the need to sit through the Super Bowl for the commercials anymore - they're out there anyway. Thank you internets. No reason to sit through football for commercials that are usually overrated anyways.

That being said, I am loving the new VW Passat ad. Yeah, I am a Star Wars geek - but you know that by now. Maybe you'll love it, maybe not.

I love the way the Lil Vader's cape flows behind him. I love his "eyes" at the end. I'm not sure how the look he gives make the eyes almost look expressive. But I like how the dad raises his eyebrow too. Congrats to Geo Lucas and John Williams for allowing this to happen.

Since I've already seen this ad, why turn on the Uber-bowl at all? I shant. I shant.

LOL at Don. You'll be pleased to know that I've never watched it, nor shall I ever. Looking forward to the Glee episode though.

I think next time we have lunch you should wear a cape. I think it would highlight your svelte figure.

we are 'watching the game' by sewing and surfing the internet. We occasionally glance up just in time to miss a touchdown. But we do stop all to watch the commercials. Advertising should be quite happy with us.

We watched the second half .... not of the Big Game...but of "Ryan's Daughter"
Know how you could not care less about the Super Bowl? Double that for me, please and thanks.

That Darth Vader ad is the best.

We skipped the Superbowl to tour the Queen Mary. Ghost Hunting seemed more fun than suffering through the Black Eyed Peas and a bunch of mean knocking watch other down to toss a little ball on the grass.
