See You in the Spring

I'll be honest, I don't have much to blog about today, but if there is a picture of my future husband (Denton? Denton, who?)....... Just give me a reason to post a pic of my ultimate.

Mr. Blobby Hafner.

Do I care that he's married? Do I care that I am? The question is rhetorical, naturally. Oh, and the answer is also, 'no'.

Anyhoo, Spring Training started yesterday. Another sure sign that Winter is coming to a close.

I love the thought of Spring Training. A new year full of hope that the Indians can crawl out of, and stay out of, last place in their division. I don't dream big, but I'm no fool either.

Being a Cleveland Indians fan is a frustrating and life-long position to be in. Save a few seasons in the mid to late '90s, you just have to tough it out and wait for the opportunity. I'd say it never comes, but then I go back to the mid to late 90s, the multiple division championships, the league ones and two appearances in the World Series.

Sure we lost, but what a ride.

I'm ready for the ride again. And if Mr. Hafner is off the DL (finally/again - and yes, for some readers here, I had to link what the DL is), and is driving, I call 'shotgun'.

As always, Go Tribe!
But remember it's a TEAM sport and although Travis may be dreamy, he is going to need plenty of support.

He looks like a farting Cro-magnon.

I love that pitchers and catchers report first. I guess the lumber shows up later after the foreplay.

@Jon - he might be a farting cro-mag man, but he's my farting cro-mag man.

@Brett - there are a ton of other ball players out there, go find your own.

@DJ - I don't even know where to start...so I won't.

Of course being on the DL means on the Down Low and thats why you would be chasing him around the mall. Right?
