12 of 12

So I'm doing my 147th 12 of 12.

Normally it is 12 pictures taken on the 12th of the month. Since I only post once per day, you get my images the following day. All pictures taken with my iPhone. Click images to enlarge, if you choose.

Created by Chad Darnell and picked up from, what I can tell, any number of random bloggers who then link back to him and vice versa. Chad is no longer doing this, nor is successor coordinating the linking of other 12 of 12'ers anymore. Erik is back and I think he's picking up 12 of 12 again.

04:10.  Yes JP, I was up this early.
Earlier, in fact. I'd already done Wordle (in 2!) and was a Genius before I remembered to take my first pic.

I'm usually up early, but I wasn't feeling well, so I didn't sleep well.

05:38.  Sweat.
But I shaved another minute off a mile. I averaged 12:13 / mi.  I plan to get under 12 today.

06:59.  Running first report of the day.

I used to do this at 05:00, but I've delayed it for the gym. Now I work AT work.

07:05.   It said 'try', not 'do'.

08:19.  Snacks.

I had nuts, but not shown. Yes. LOTS of fruit. The grapes are so-so, and the 'seedless' part is a big fat lie.

09:56. Zoom.

Waiting to interview a candidate.

11:43.  Walk.

Even though I worked out for 75 minutes, I still do a 1.2 mile walk around (or at) lunch.  Weather permitting.  It was a tad warm today.

12:08.  Lunch.

Pasta and watermelon.  Yes. More fruit.

16:57.  Going down.

Headed home.

17:38.   Tomorrow.

The first thing I do when I get home, after greeting Shep, is pack my gym bag for the next day and place it at the back door.

18:35.  Al Fresco.

Shep is all about being outside as much as possible. So much so, that he won't eat b'fast or dinner if he has to be inside.  The man is spoiled.  We also ate outside.

18:49.  WTAF!

It's like I bought a pair of tube socks at TJ Maxx instead of salmon. Though I will say, it came out better than socks.
