Screwed

I could have written about this for Sunday's post, but my fucking g-d..........I just could not. On multiple levels. 

One - it just pissed me off so bad on the surface. 

Second - I didn't know enough about it. 

710 turned his iPad towards me to show me a headline. Lord knows I wasn't gonna see it in a paper - but sure enough it was all over social media before I turned that off too. 

Third - I know you were all dying to know about a pizza dough recipe I was attempting. 

At least that experience didn't violate multiple laws. At least not outside of a culinary school. 

Naturally, the very first thing that crossed my mind was distraction from BLOTUS' life lately. 

Epstein. Declining Health. Jack Smith testimony. Yam tits and cankles - which could be a decent band name. 

My second concern is his cognitive health - or lack of cognition. He doesn't have the grey matter to pull this off, so exactly who is / are the fuck who is doing a political Lonely Gotherd with this sack of shit? 

Isn't the irony that ICE would deport Maduro to Venezuela??  And he's going to appear (or possibly did) in a NY court room?  What the ever living fuck. Is Venezuela now bound by the 6th district court of Southern NY? 

(for historical purposes, BLOTUS had the United States military invaded Venezuela, capturing sitting Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores - killing more than 80 people in the attack.)

On our Sunday night call Rebecca said the DOJ and Congress are bascially non-existent now and we are in a full blown dictatorship. 

It's so adorable she thinks this is just happening now and not last January 20th. But we all get there in our own time. Except MAGATs.  Of course, they couldn't pick out Venezuela on a map, or even down to a continent, but I suppose I'm nitpicking. 

Actually, I typed 'dictator' into my own blog search box and found any number of posts I wrote during his first term saying we were on the road to dictatorship. 

I've been have tempted to actually click on current news articles and read, but I thought better of it. It'd be rhetoric at best. Lies at second best.  ....and then it just goes downhill from there. 

While 100% useless, I felt the need to get it on record and wrote each of my senators - both GOP lackeys. But I reminded them that their job was usurped for this - and soon there'd be no need for them in this regime. I also mentioned that if any other sitting president in a non-GOP role did this, they'd have their heads. 

I expect a canned response and nothing else. From what little social media I've seen, I have not seen one congressional post condemning any of this. Nor do I expect to. 

I'd say 'same old same old', but in truth, "he" is ratcheting up. 

We. Are. Fucked. 

I say that often, but we are just getting so close to the fuckage. 

.....and to be fair to BLOTUS: no one is talking Epstein these days, are they? 

And this is a question each and every "journalist" should be asking publicly.  ....yet not one will.
