So I'm doing my 193rd 12 of 12.

I almost skipped, as Shep has been under the weather and I've been sleeping with him on the sofa - in case he needs to go out immediately. I am operating on very little sleep here.
05:41. My seat for the next 30 minutes.
Did my strength training. Now for some biking.

I like tea, but I don't NEED tea. Today I needed the caffeine.

He couldn't go to daycare, so someone had to mind the man. That was me.
His energy levels are good. But he isn't really eating and yet he's still expelling.
