Nixon's one-time lackey was in Cleveland, promoting his new book about the Bush and his administration ("Worse Than Watergate" - ouch!) and speaking at City Club. But he had one of the funniest quotes I have seen in a while:
"I think Cheney has been very clever in letting George Bush wake up every morning and believe he is president."
