I'm not sure this determines your happiness, just what makes (or would make?) you happy. The quiz itself even says happiness might be "undefinable"
I would agree with that part.
Yes, researchers from Penn State and UC Irvine are in on this, so I'm sure it's all very scientific and academic, but I don't now it to be true. I don't know that a small, finite set of questions can pin point this for any one individual.
I didn't screen capture every question, just one for an example.
I'd agree that I tend to my most important relationships: 710 and my core group of longtime friends.
I don't know that 'moments' of fun, excitement and calm make me well-balanced. There is something to be said for the pharmaceutical companies to assist with that. And even they're only doing a so-so job.
If this is a way to get me to buy Jancee Dunn's work, they are barking up the wrong tree.
