Subpoenaed records on abortion (which last time I checked, was legal....aborition that is, not the access to records)!
Subpoenas by federal prosecutors were issued for antiwar protesters to appear before a grand jury and ordering a university to turn over information about the protesters (which last time I checked, was legal...the protests, not the arrests or turning over of information)!
Gosh Mr. Ashcroft - whose actions are more un-American?
