Judith Miller
I cannot say I'm not disappointed in Judith Miller and the NYT. I'm not quite sure how she doesn't know who gave her 'Valerie Flame's' name - even though it's in her notes from Scooter Libby interviews. Oh - and finding an entire notebook of notes that she didn't know she had - after getting released from prison. Not like this hasn't been an investigation for the last 18 months.
But I also don't know how she couldn't know that Scooter supposedly gave her the ok to testify against her a year ago! And even if there was some miscommunication there - don't you think Scooter would have cleared that up sooner than 85 days she was in jail?
The entire thing smells to me. Fishy and/or otherwise.
