Created by Chad Darnell and picked up from, what I can tell, a number of random bloggers who then link back to him and vice versa. Chad is no longer doing this, nor is successor coordinating the linking of other 12 of 12'ers anymore. Now it's just Erik, Jim and myself - that I know of.

An unmanaged lawn of a neighbor who moved 4-5 years ago. Still no buyer on the house. (was $1.2M, now asking $629k). Cute dog not included.

I'm doing a Pic a Day in May - so you're not getting a Baker's Dozen this month. Mostly because I just didn't have any other pics.
